1. Coaching & Mentorship Sessions

• Cancellations: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

• Refunds: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you may request a full refund or reschedule.

• No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

2. Packages & Programs

• Multi-Session Packages: If you purchase a package and choose not to continue, a partial refund may be granted for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Completed Sessions: Sessions already delivered are not refundable.

• Digital Resources or Materials: Any downloadable or delivered content is non-refundable once accessed.

3. Training Workshops or Webinars

• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start of a live workshop or training.

• No refunds are offered for on-demand recordings or replay access once delivered.
